Agritechnica postponed to March 2022

The biennial farm gear and ag know-how showcase Agritechnica has been moved from its normal time of November to late winter, 2022.

Organizers say the present will run from February 27 to March 5, 2022 at Hanover, Germany.

The DLG (German Agricultural Society) hopes the four-month postponement will permit corporations the “necessary certainty required for planning,” in addition to permit COVID-19 vaccination methods and testing protocols to progress.

An earlier announcement had dedicated to operating the present in 2021, nonetheless, some huge names — together with John Deere — had stated they wouldn’t be collaborating if the present went forward in November.

“We are convinced that by late summer, which is the deadline for exhibitors to register for Agritechnica 2022, we will be able to give our exhibitors and visitors the clarity necessary for certainty in their planning,” says Dr. Reinhard Grandke, CEO of DLG, in a press launch.

In November 2021, DLG will launch a digital platform with technical data, networking alternatives, and programming main up to the present in late February.
