Assessing ergot’s impact, determining safe feeding levels, and reducing its toxicity


Feeding livestock means being conscious of what nasty toxins might lurk in feed. From listeria, to DON, and on to ergot, a number of plant illness or soil-borne points can find yourself in a last feed supply. When points come up, farmers and ranchers rely on testing and business tips to know the way a lot can safely be fed in a ration.
