Precision Planting, a subsidiary of AGCO, has entered in to an settlement to acquire the enterprise and property of Headsight, Inc., a precision agriculture harvesting firm.

Since 1998, Headsight has designed and developed harvesting row steering and peak sensing applied sciences. Headsight’s flagship product is the household of header peak sensors utilized in corn and grain harvesting.
